In our last column, we raised the question of how Beecham Builders could raise the ante after their unquestionable success with the 2002 ACT Christmas House.

2003 Christmas House Foyer

For starters, they enlisted the collective creative genius of Harrison Design Associates. Built on Ridgewood Road in Buckhead, and decorated by over a dozen of Atlanta’s top interior designers, the 2003 ACT Christmas House is a visually stunning combination of tradition, comfort, and convenience. If someone had ordered a sixteen thousand square foot luxury spa built in a museum, with lots of quiet, comfy spaces, a dream kitchen and (of course) nanny’s quarters with separate kitchen, they would have been more than pleased with these results.

This house has it all, including a wellness center with exercise room, massage room, steam shower, 2 showers with bodysprays. The kitchen, designed by Matthew Quinn of Design Galleria Kitchen & Bath Studio, was one of three national first prize winners selected by Wolf Appliance Company and Sub-Zero Freezer Company in 2003 from a pool of almost 1,000 entries to recognize its outstanding design.
