Selling your Luxury Home?

If you are ready to sell your luxury home (generally, $1 million+), today is your lucky day.

Gatsby’s List is busy moving into our new web site, and as we get settled in we are inviting home sellers to promote their home on our site absolutely free.

Some advantages of advertising your home on Gatsby’s List include:

  1. We will publish a photo profile of your home at absolutely no cost to you (limited time offer).
  2. You can include up to 100 downloadable photographs (you read that right, 100 photos).
  3. You can (and should) include a narrative description of your home — not just a bullet-point list — and we will provide editorial assistance if needed.
  4. You can include links or other contact information to your agent, yourself, to downloadable brochures, etc. (sorry, but brochures cannot be download directly from Gatsby’s List). You can also link from another site to your Gatsby’s List page.
  5. Gatsby’s List photos are powered by Flickr, so if you already have your photos on Flickr or another web-based photo service we can often arrange to obtain them directly.

How can we do this for free? We can’t, at least not forever. That’s why this offer is only available for a limited time.

We are still in the process of building our site, adding content, testing new software and introducing our readers and advertisers to Gatsby’s List. As the new guys on the block, we’re inviting you to try out our services. If you like us, we’re hoping that you will spread the word. If there’s something we can improve, we want you to let us know about it.

Our promise to you: we will not sell your name or other contact information to any third party, and will not publish your contact information without your express consent.

Some limitations: Gatsby’s List reserves the right to decline to profile any property which it deems inappropriate for inclusion on the Gatsby’s List web site. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to, property appearance, style, asking price (Gatsby’s List will rarely include homes with asking prices below USD $1 million), and photo quality (unless you are a skilled photographer, we strongly recommend that you hire a pro). Gatsby’s List may discontinue this “free ad” promotion at any time, but any ads placed prior to that time will run at no charge for a minimum of 90 days. All submissions are subject to the Gatsby’s List terms of use.
